Privacy

A short note on data in Matematik i Måneby, written for the school's data protection officer and management.

• The site processes no pupil data. There is no login, no accounts and no forms.
• There are no cookies, no statistics or analytics tools and no ads.
• There are no third parties. Everything is served from maaneby.dk, fonts and scripts included.
• The name a pupil types in the game, and the pupil's saved games, stay in the browser on the computer the pupil plays on. They are never sent to the site. The pupil can download a copy as a file.
• The browser also stores the language choice and the game's files locally, so they do not have to be downloaded again.

Hosting

The site is static and hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). As with any web hosting, Cloudflare sees the IP address that requests the pages, in order to deliver them. After a network error the browser may send a technical error report to Cloudflare.

Data processing agreement and consent

The site does not process personal data on the school's behalf, so there is no data processing agreement to sign. There is no cookie banner, because the site only stores what the game needs to run, and a save when the pupil chooses Save.
